The hours in a plan can be used at any time during the year. It’s the perfect solution for professionals, agencies, and organizations that need immediate assistance. All services are based on a time schedule, allowing for flexibility in mixing and matching areas of support.

  • Support plans can be used for one project, or month to month. Same price.
  • Plans are groups of hours, discounted, and are paid in advance
  • All plans come with a client portal so that you can track your time, tasks, support tickets, invoicing, & history.
  • Can be used as a team or organization of up to 5 people.
  • You can always add more hours, or reduce hours based on your needs.
  • I can also customize a support plan that suites your needs.

Support is available by phone, email, support tickets, and persistent video conference rooms

Email

When normal business hours apply, emails are responded to ASAP or within the hour.

Generally, I respond to quick questions with an answer. In the event that an instruction requires visual aid, we will arrange a call or video conference.

Phone

I am available Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (unless otherwise agreed to). If I’m taking another call, please leave a brief message, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Support Tickets

You can submit support tickets through your client portal if you prefer. The tickets will be handled in the order they are received, and you will be notified by email.

Persistent Meeting Rooms

Our support plans include a meeting room that can be used for visual/video support whenever we need it. Notes, white boards, and recordings remain in your meeting room for you to access at any time.

Remote Access

For troubleshooting purposes, I will provide you with a link so that I can access your PC remotely. The software used is Microsoft Quick Assist or AnyDesk.

Before allowing remote access, it is highly recommended that you have adequate backups in place. If you do not have backups, then we need to work on that.

Troubleshooting issues may require administrative access (username & password) to your website dashboard, hosting, or social media accounts
